Intelligent lighting is an important new technology for machine vision. New Triniti-enabled lighting from leading manufacturers such as CCS, Smart Vision Lights, TPL and Metaphase, allows users to achieve optimum lighting performance such as rapid, precision strobing and overdriving - with minimal effort and technical knowledge. These lights incorporate the Gardasoft Triniti platform, which integrates the lights with high performance light control, configuration and management - all via GigE Vision and GenICam standards.
Optimised illumination intensity
Using GenICam™ and a special Triniti chip, LED controllers automatically detect and seamlessly configure Triniti-compatible lights. Maximum strobe and overdrive are easily and safely obtained.
Easy integration with cameras
Because Triniti technology relies on the same GenICam and GigE Vision standards popular with most machine vision cameras, integration is easy. Support for many leading machine vision software packages is available.
Remote diagnostics and Data-logging
Each Triniti-enabled light is also able to provide dynamic data related to operational performance and diagnostics. This includes an individual light name, on-time, and hours of operation
