At Gardasoft we continuously aim for 100% quality, however should you have a failure with a Gardasoft product then we have a support system in place to ensure that you receive the highest possible service levels.
In the event of a failure, please contact your Distributor as soon as possible, giving them full details of the unit and the description of the failure. They will advise you how to return the unit to the factory.
Distributors must obtain an RMA (Return Material Authorisation) from Gardasoft before returning a unit for repair. RMAs can be obtained by emailing vision@gardasoft.com
Please note there may be a repair charge in the following cases:
